Halogen-Free, Flame-Retardant Control and Instrumentation Cables for Nuclear Environments

In cooperation with our established partners, we provide halogen-free, flame-retardant control and instrumentation cables designed for use in elevator systems, drive technology, and testing or automation equipment within nuclear facilities or final-storage environments. These cables feature fine-stranded copper conductors, HFFR insulation, and a halogen-free outer sheath. They meet all relevant standards for low smoke emission and minimal release of corrosive gases in the event of fire. With a temperature range from –30 °C to +70 °C when installed in fixed positions, low rated voltage, and oil resistance, they are ideal for indoor installations in machinery, safety-critical systems, and environments requiring stringent fire protection and material compatibility.

Medium-Voltage Cables for Reliable Power Distribution

Through our partnerships, we offer medium-voltage cables manufactured in accordance with DIN VDE 0276-620 / IEC 60502. These cables incorporate a solid copper conductor, XLPE insulation, and conductive inner and outer layers to ensure partial-discharge-free and highly reliable performance. They are engineered for continuous operation at temperatures up to +90 °C and can withstand short-circuit conditions up to +250 °C, while safe installation is possible from -5 °C. Their robust PVC outer sheath makes them suitable for underground installation, indoor use, industrial facilities, power distribution systems, and power-plant infrastructure.
