Quality

High-quality products that meet our customers’ requirements are the foundation of a high level of customer satisfaction.

Our commitment to quality extends from the careful selection and evaluation of our suppliers through incoming goods inspection to production. In our RF laboratory, our products undergo quality assurance inspections and various tests.

Our quality management system is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. We continuously work to maintain and further improve the quality of our processes and organizational structures.

Social responsibility

In addition to product quality, we place great importance on a fair and respectful working environment. Appreciation and transparency are key principles of communication within our company.

We offer our employees opportunities for professional development. As an IHK-recognized training company, we regularly provide vocational training and support young people as they begin their professional careers.

Supporting a good balance between family and work is also part of our day-to-day operations. Through appropriate initiatives and measures, we provide family-friendly working conditions.

By cooperating with universities, schools and suppliers in our region, we also promote strong connections within our local community.

Environmental Responsibility

SSB-Electronic takes into account the applicable legal requirements relating to environmental and material compliance in the development, manufacture and provision of its products.

Depending on the individual product and its intended application, SSB-Electronic considers in particular the following European regulations:

RoHS – Directive 2011/65/EU, including applicable amendments
Restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment
WEEE – Richtlinie 2012/19/EU
Requirements for the collection and disposal of waste electrical and electronic equipment
REACH – Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006
European chemicals regulation covering, among other aspects, the registration and restriction of chemical substances as well as information requirements for certain substances in articles.

The applicable product and environmental requirements are implemented within our product and compliance processes. Product-specific information on RoHS or REACH compliance is provided where applicable.

In product development and selection, we consider material selection and product lifetime alongside technical and quality criteria. Statements regarding product characteristics are based on available technical data and supporting documentation.

SSB-Electronic Embraces Electromobility

We also use new technologies when it comes to our own mobility: electric vehicles are already part of our company fleet. This represents another step in the ongoing development of our corporate mobility.

The purchase of the electric vehicles was funded by the European Union through NextGenerationEU and the German Recovery and Resilience Plan (DARP).

The DARP supports measures in areas including climate action and digital transformation. This also includes the promotion of electromobility.

We are pleased not only to follow electromobility as a technological development, but also to put it into practice within our own company.
