Submitted electronic data is used for a fast order processing. Storage of personal data is carried out under the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act and the Teleservices Data Act. Data acquisition is carried out either internally by SSB (eg orders by telephone) or by the customers themselves, in the Online shop. These data are transferred to us with a high standard encryption and stored by SSB internally. Our customers' data will not be provided to third parties or accessed by these. In the event of a collection procedure customers data may be forwarded to a legal advisor. SSB-Electronic reserves the right to inform customers for promotional actions. This happens only for our own purposes. The customer is entitled to object to the usage of his data for promotional purposes by us. No data will be transferred to third parties, neither for commercial nor for other purposes. If it should become necessary to forward customers data to a supplier or manufacturer – for example within a complaint handling process or for software licensing – these companies are also obliged to complete the process pursuant to the Federal Privacy Act. However, SSB-Electronic cannot guarantee neither the restoration nor the deletion of the data before forwarding.
