In the field of development, conception and idea have utmostb priority. Before production of a prototype the
schematic and the layout of the board are designed. Subsequently the boards are manufactured by us.
The in-houswe circuit board manufacture with processing options for glass-fibre reinforced PTFE- and
ceramic substrates helps to reduce decisively times for development and protype manufacturing.
A Re-Work-Station for circuit board mounting by< means of Infra-Red guarantees protopype manufacturing meeting highest technical requirements. Hardware-Optimizing is offered as well as programming of the microcontrollers by our bin-house Embeded Control. Furthermore work with a digital oscilloscope and a logic analyzer.

This custom development of the Pulse Power Amplifiers was manufactured by SSB-Electronic for a manufacturer of proton accelerators.
HF-measurement technology for industry and research
SSB-Electronic has been developing diverse HF-components for measurement purposes, commissioned by companies like Siemens, Klein and AEG. Individual pieces, small series and series productions are developed and manufactured in our HF-Laboratory.

In addition to development and production of devices for communications-
engineering, we can offer, together with our partner ix-CAD GmbH,
development work up to 20 GHz. Assisted my modern CAD-Tools like the
software package HFSS by Ansoft, 3D-field simulations can be executed.
We calculate electromagnetic fields in any formed passive structure, like
connectors, bushings for housings, filters, antennas, Bond wires etc.
S-Parameter sets can also be generated, for import into linear and
nonlinear circuit simulators like z.B. AGILENT ADS. The creating of
layouts for Multilayer-Boards with mixed dielectrica or in LTCC-Technique
with data rates >10 Gbit/s expand ourrange of services.
