Improved version of the Standard „LNA 145“ with a record-breaking low noise figure.
Despite a GaAs-Fets a special HETERO-JUNCTION Fet is used, offering a noise figure
of only 0.1 dB in the VHF- and UHF-range. Our implementation of this part guarantees
a super-low noise figure as well as an excellent stability.
At the output of the preamplifier a bandpass-filter can be found, consisting of silver-
plated air coils and concentric Hi-Q air trimmers. This filter releases noticeably the
receiver from signals from outside the operating range.
